Live Oak Realty & Auction was started in the mid 1980's by Glen Love, Jr. in Goldthwaite, Texas.  Glen, a lifetime Texas resident and rancher,  began a career in real estate sales and appraising. Wanting to spend as much time as possible outdoors  He decided to discontinue the appraisal & residential sales  part of the business and specialize in ranch, farm & recreation land sales only.
